Staid a long time in bed with ❤️Francois this morning before I went for my cardio mountain! 
Followed by a quick shower and change in to some nice clothes to have lunch with ❤️Francois and his friends 
I was late in the stables and wrote all the horses inside 
dressage in low deep shape! They all behaved perfect!
